Welcome to NoteXpress. By accessing or using our platform, services, or products (including myAcademio), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using NoteXpress services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or have parental consent), and that you agree to these Terms. Institutions using myAcademio agree on behalf of their authorized users.

2. Use of Services

You agree to use NoteXpress services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Misuse the platform to transmit harmful, illegal, or unauthorized content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract data without permission
• Impersonate any person or institution

3. Accounts & Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. NoteXpress is not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account.

4. myAcademio & Institute Use

Institute administrators using myAcademio are responsible for the accuracy of data entered, compliance with applicable data protection laws, and obtaining necessary consents from students and parents. NoteXpress provides the platform; the institute is the data controller for student information.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, design, software, and materials on the NoteXpress platform are the property of NoteXpress and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any materials without prior written consent.

6. Fees & Payments

Certain services may require payment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to NoteXpress services if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

NoteXpress provides services "as is" and is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the past 3 months.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Assam, India.
